UPDATES TO PREVIOUS MEMORANDUM AS WE APPROACH THE HOLIDAY SEASON CLOSING 2025 AND PROGRESSIVELY ENTERING INTO 2026.
I do hope that you will join us Christmas Eve Day and/or New Years Eve. You should have received emails, notifications in the restaurant and flyers placed in each residence mailbox.
The next items being completed by the end of this week, start of next week are:
TOPTRACER is pending opening Tue Dec 23rd. Its supposed to be in the 50’s.
MULLIGANS drive through is pending opening the same day Tue Dec 23rd.
The Restaraut VIP room for private part of 12 is anticipating to be open by the end of this week.
If you have not experience all the new upgrades in our Banquet / Event Center I would encourage you to check it out. Or take a look at the Pro Shop with all the new products.
Once the illuminated entrance sign permits are approved we will begin posting special happenings.
I continue to believe in Cambridge and request your continued support particularly through the winter off golf season as I have doubled my original investment. I have made my primary focus the neighborhood first before next steps of broadening to surrounding areas to increase additional customer base.

Here’s a glimpse of what’s been accomplished — all while keeping my healthcare operations running full-speed at the same time:
- Deep cleaning and revitalization of the entire Cambridge campus
- Clock tower lighting repairs and restoration
- General leakage repairs across multiple facilities
- Construction of an 8-foot cinder block dumpster enclosure
- Complete mechanical rebuild of the kitchen
- New equipment for both the Primary Bar and Event Bar
- Installation of new TVs in the Bar and Restaurant
- Patio upgrades featuring new Bassemier’s umbrellas
- Renovated and fully stocked Pro Shop with new merchandise
- Grab-and-Go convenience setup in the Pro Shop
- Clean-up of all eight lakes
- GPS added to golf carts
- TopTracer foundation completed — building begins October 20th!
- Hole #13 (“The Volcano”) nearing completion — opening soon!

- Numerous updated policies and procedures
- Liquor license transfer (pending)

Soft Opening planned for Black Friday — or shortly after!

Construction will be completed — opening just in time for the holidays.
🟡 GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENTS
- Holes 13, 16, 17, and 18 nearing completion
- Water feature installation on #18 beginning soon
🔴 EVENT CENTER & HOSPITALITY
- Full renovation of the Banquet / Event Center
- New sound system upgrades
- Dedicated Banquet / Event Concierge Office
- Added VIP Guest Room for restaurant + event operations
- Completion of the new restaurant food menu and cocktail menu
