Evansville Golf at its Finest
The banquet hall and the amenities are nice, but the real star of the show at Cambridge Golf Course is the high quality of the course design. Multiple tees, target landing areas, in-play lakes, formidable grass mounds, demanding bunkers, and finely sculpted bent grass greens highlight this challenging 7,200 yards Scottish-style links course. There is a risk/reward design philosophy throughout the venue. The Cambridge layout places a premium on accurate tee shots, leaving the player better angles into the smallish greens, Cambridge’s par 4’s and 5’s present numerous playing options and shots values, and a perfect balance of risk and reward, while the par 3’s require precise shot making.
